Job Role :	Should be strong in Core Banking concepts in terms of process flows, in terms of using Core Banking products like Finacle, Flexcube etc Should have at least 1 FULL LIFECYCLE implementation of any Core Banking product, right from Requirement gathering, Gap Analysis, AS-IS study, Functional specifications documentation, preparing BRD’s, Product walk-through, and Product Go-Live. The candidate should be able to meet customers and understand their requirements and make logical recommendations to suit their business needs. Should be able to translate Business needs into Technical specs for the Technical team to develop / customize for the customer. Candidates should be willing to travel locally and internationally.
