Company Profile : A leading International Travel BPO in Delhi/NCR looking for a SM Operations.
Job Keywords :
Job Role : Capable of handling Business Management / Development • Ensure process meets and exceeds Stipulated Timelines and Service level agreements • Actively manage staff on a regular basis to ensure all issues are dealt with effectively and efficiently • Train, coach and motivate team members and Supervisors. • Responsible for Staff Retention / attrition level • Be involved in the recruitment and appraisal of the team members & Supervisors • Responsible for quality and Quantity of Process and People. Client / Customer Experience Management • Excellent Client/Customer Management skills. • Responsible for Consistent client interaction for operational and performance management. • Consistently improves the client/customer satisfaction index Others • Support and assist the Head BPO in achieving the Organization Strategy. • Ensure implementation, compliance and continual improvement of quality processes and Standards. • Proven experience in Stabilizing Pilot processes and Customer relations.

Desired Profile : • 6+ years of relevant exp in Travel sector, including 2-3 years in Management role. • Knowledge of GDS / CRS mandatory.
